Middle school and high school youth are eligible to attend leadership conferences that can help them develop skills such as teamwork and communication. More information on each conference is available below:

4-H Teen Conference

Teen Conference is an opportunity for high school youth to spend a week in June at the University of Kentucky participating in workshops, learning leadership skills, and making new friends. (Grades 9-12)

4-H Issues Conference

Issues Conference is a great experience for high school-aged youth to learn about identifying and addressing community issues. When participants return from the conference, they can apply for a $500 grant to implement a needed program in their community. (Grades 9-12)

4-H Teen Summit

Teen Summit is a middle school leadership conference held at the Lake Cumberland 4-H Leadership Center in March. Youth play group games and participate in fun workshops. (Grades 6-8)

Stuck in the Middle

Stuck in the Middle is a two-day, overnight leadership conference held at West Kentucky 4-H Camp in the fall for middle school students. The purpose of the conference is to introduce youth to all the areas of 4-H and encourage involvement in achievement and teen programs. (Grades 6-8)
